Our membership plan includes straightforward options based on age and dental needs:

Smile Essentials Adult: $399 per year
Smile Essentials Child: $349 per year
Smile Complete for periodontal patients: $599 per year

Coverage includes:

2 cleanings per year for adults and children
4 cleanings per year for periodontal patients
1 routine exam
Routine X-rays
1 fluoride treatment
1 emergency exam with any necessary X-rays
20% off all other treatments
30% off implants, excluding implant services related to dentures
